works better than expected once i learned how to use it ,it great i actually get pics sent to my phone ,when someone triggers the zone i have set, and also can see my cameras from work,the cameras are very clear at night with no lighting, and sends me email when motion is detected,u can set the range of detection to keep from getting lots of pics and email from dvr,was worried at first thought of buying compared to the big names but i am glad i did, only down side is the date stamp and time could have been larger and clearer ,or i would have gave it a five 4easy to install very nice system for this price Arrived early, packaged well no damage. easy to install very nice system for this price!!! 5Great quality and awesome customer service! These are high quality cameras. I bought one set, liked them and bought another. Now my shop is completely secure and I can follow everything that is going on around me. Very easy to set up and navigate, good color, good resolution. The first set is about one year old and one of the power adapters went out. I contacted Moon at Customer Service and 3 days later I got a new power adapter in the mail! I can't say enough about Moon and his products - I will be back! 5Thought we were getting a great deal. But we were wrong Thought we were getting a great deal. But we were wrong, we got a Fantastic deal.We actually made the purchase for several reasons.1.Because we get alot of mail and were concerned with it being stolen2. Figured he had a right, thought he had a right, to shoot our rottweiler, In Our yard while he was barking.These cameras allow us to monitor them for their protection as well as others in case they do get out of the yardI purchased these 2/24/2017 and found out I should have purchased them along time ago * what was I thinking *Had an issue pop up and what with the excellent company and fantastic customer support.After following the troubleshooting that was given to me.They made good and send out a replacement DVR.Oh my gosh they have such a great warranty who can beat itTwo Years Warranty, Lifetime Tech Support!If your product stops working in the first year we will replace it.Not any other company I know of. Web connectivity setup and smartphone accessare also quite straight-forward. ZOSI is one of the few manufacturers in security systems space whodesign & build their own products and have their own factory.Their products are not "labelled re-brands" from some generic manufacturer.I had a reason to contact ZOSI for warranty support. They immediately shipped a replacement systemto me even before my returned system reached them. Very polite and professional.Only email support available - this is understandable as they are located in Chinaand their spoken English language proficiency may not be that high. 5Good product good product for your good money good cameras work good easy to operate company fix the problems real quick thank you don't forget to put a purple hard drive in it. 5good quality, but not perfect system this is a good system i am surprised at the quality. the night vision is also surprisingly good. Im sorry i dont have pictures to post with this; i will try to add them another time. One thing that i am a bit concerned for and will have to wait and see, is how this works in the winter. i live in central Wisconsin so it can get quite cold here. i thought i read something that it should not be used under 15 degrees F. if that is true and the malfunction i will definitely make that known.the one problem i have with this system is that the motion detection isnt that great. sometimes a leaf will blow across the screen, or a bird will pass by and activate it, yet i can walk into view and it will sometimes not activate. i have emailed customer service (they are only accessible by email, but are always quick to reply) and they told me there is nothing that can be done with that currently. so, i leave it on constant record. 4Good for the price but cameras dont last long 1 camera stopped working after 2 weeks. besides that it is a great unit for the price but the quality of cameras is sub par 3
