Works great.5is comfortable, the sound quality is fineI started a new job recently, and I'm always on the phone a lot for work, interviewing people. I mentioned in passing to the crotchety old IT guy, who complained a bunch about the fancy dual 24" monitors bought on my behalf by the company, that I wanted a headset. He claimed the company doesn't buy old school phone headsets anymore and only pays for USB headsets. I don't exactly believe him, but I figured since he was already grumbling about the monitors, I'd go find my own headset. This one works with my Cisco 7961 desk phone, is comfortable, the sound quality is fine, and the microphone's noise canceling works for me. I have my own office with a door but I interview people on the phone and type notes. I tested the noise canceling by leaving myself a voicemail on my cell phone while talking and typing at the same time. I could *very* faintly hear the typing in the background but it's not at a volume that would annoy someone on the other end of a call with me. Not sure if it'd be perfect for those in call center environments with a bunch of other people talking, but it's great for my needs.5Comfort and InexpensiveBought three of these for staff who answer phones in a busy Medical facility. All 3 staff love them. Inexpensive and comfortable. It s been a couple of months so we will see how durable they are.5Good Headset, no complaints so far.Works great with the Cisco IP Phone 7945. People that I'm talking to say I'm very clear sounding, and I use it in a noisy environment. The quick connect is great too so you don't have to constantly pull the cord out of the phone.I was worried the cheaper headset would not work as well at the 100+ dollar versions but this have been great so far. Comfortable and the mic swings 180 so you can use either ear. Seems well built and in 3 months had no issues thus far.No need for an amplifier with this either, the 7945 phone has great sound just plugged straight in.5Works PerfectlyThese work perfect for what we needed. We purchased three of them and they all work well and fit comfortably. Even better was the price for what you get.5A good headset.This is my second headset the last one lasted me for over 2 years. I work 6 days a week and I work from home. I'm on the phones a lot of hours and I can hear very good with his headset. The the owner of the company tells me that when he listen's to my calls I have the clearest recording that he's ever heard. In addition there is a volume dial on the cord itself that I can control wothout reaching for the volume on the main box.5Work Headset that worksThese headsets are light weight and not expensive. They act as if you were holding the handset to your ear. No sound distortion in the mic or headset. I have bought multiple of these for different users and haven't had any issues with any of them. They are reliable and great for user who answer phones all day.5Quality earpiece and no complaints from being heardPlugged right into my cisco 7942 I have at my desk at work.It seems like I am in more and more meeting and with my work cell phone not liking bluetooth and not having a headphone jack (thanks apple) I purchase this headset. I originally bought a cheaper one that lasted all of one meeting and then no one could hear me. Buy this headset the sound quality is good and it is comfortable. The mic also stays up and out of the way when your in one of those meetings you just have to be on the phone in but not participating very much.5
