    I still recommend this product but be careful when trying to insert ...I was really impressed with this Roku mounting system. Very well packaged and including everything you would need to mount your Roku in different ways according to the vent openings on your particular television. Unfortunately, when I went to mount mine using the circular hole mounting adapters, the tiny hooks that go into the holes broke off on one of the adapters so I now only have it hanging by one adapter instead of two. I still recommend this product but be careful when trying to insert the hooks into your television grill.Update:I changed my review to 5 stars on this product. In addition to a great product they have great customer support. I emailed them about my issue and they responded very quickly. They are sending me new adapters. Fantastic product and customer service! I will be a return customer!!5Outstanding way to mount a Roku Ultra!This Roku Ultra Mount is excellent. The Roku slides into it easily yet there is no slop. The way it s designed it acts a a heat sink and it allows air to flow underneath and all around the Roku. It comes with a variety of hangar clips to hang the mount from the back of your TV. If that doesn t work the entire backside has an adhesive strip which is what I used to mount it to the back of my new OLED TV. I have been running it continuously for several hours and the Roku Ultra is cool to the touch. I highly recommend this mount. Is a very easy and clean way to mount and hide the Roku Ultra. Also there seems to be no problems controlling it even though it s mounted behind the TV. The Roku and it s remote still works great.5This little home for the Roku Ultra is greatThis little home for the Roku Ultra is great. I used the glue-on sticker mounting method and it worked wonderfully. Measure twice and glue once, because the glue is really sticky. Before you glue it on, put the Roku in the mount, and have someone hold it to the back of the tv, and make marks along the edges of the mount where you want to mount it. Also, go to where you'd normally be sitting with the remote and test it, to make sure it's not too high or too low. The way the back of my TV was, I was able to follow the instructions such that the Top of the Roku was 6" from the top of the TV and everything was great. Can't see the Roku or the cables (I have an electrical outlet behind the TV), and I ended up with a nice, clean installation, with no wires showing and nothing sitting on a table under the TV.5Very easy to install and use. Would recommend it for anyone who wants to get rid of cableI bought the Roku Ultra because I don't have cable and I can get the cannels that I was not able to get when I did have cable. I also like that I can have a place to keep all of my apps in one convenient place and I also have noticed that with the Roku Ultra it seems to strengthen my internet Wi-Fi single, I don't have so my interruptions as I had before I installed it. I also love the fact that you can use a chip card for keeping all your apps backed up on so you don't have to keep going through a install Everytime you log into an app or channel. I also like that I can have an app on my smartphone to run Roku on my phone and being able to to use my headset plugged into my remote make it convenient for you to listen to tv without having to go buy an other equipment. Definitely one of the best buys I have made. This keeps my box in a convenient place on the back of the tv5Keeps air flowing around my (2018) Roku UltraThe design is great, keeps my Roku Ultra nice and cool. Unlike the Roku Stick of the same year (2018) which seems to run hot all the time, even after a week on non-usage.I purchased the item because my Roku Ultra is in a tight spot (in a corner) behind my 4K PC monitor, this allowed me to prop it up to remove any heat away. Not that the Ultra runs hot (didn't know the differences between the 4K Stick & Ultra at the time), just wanted to be sure. Also believe it helps to keep dust out of the unit, as it is indeed dusty in that corner where both the Roku Ultra & 4K Fire Stick resides, along with all cables for both & Displayport for the PC monitor. A lot of clutter (2 devices & 8 wires/cables) in a small corner that cannot occupy more than 6 inches of space.Am happy with the item & will be purchasing another for my 2019 4K Roku Ultra, yet to be activated/installed. Highly recommend item to preserve life of the device.5Nice addition to a Roku if no spaceThis works as advertised. I give it a 4 star on the mounting system as I had to do a little alteration to the hooks to get to hook into vents on back of friends tv, but not a major deal, just had to form to a different angle. If you want to hide your Roku, this is perfect. Many different mounting systems available, I personally used the hooks to hang on back of TV in it's vents, but you can wall mount it. It has a big surface area sticky already on mount to mount it basically anywhere you want. Really, mounting options and locations are basically limited to your imagination. It also has open space between the bottom of mount and where your Roku device rests to ensure adequate ventilation flow to help keep things cool. We all know heat and dirt are your electronics two worst enemies. Keep them cool and clean and in my past experience (35 years of being a tech nerd of all kinds) and devices will last you quite some time.5It works wellInstalled this last night. This TV is in the breakfast room. It is mounted close to the wall for aesthetic reasons. All wiring is concealed in the wall. We just added Roku and this was a welcome product to continue concealing the wiring. Unfortunately it is about 1/8" to thick to fit well. The picture shows the best compromise available.The unit is over engineered in my opinion. As a member of the Society of Plastic Engineers I believe the front fingers that hold the Roku in place could be thinned down. Also, the adhesive pad should be shipped loose for use only as needed. The entire back panel could be thinned down. This thing is built like a tank. The manufacturers should remember that being mounted behind the TV is a protected location and once it is installed minor fragile worries go away. Anyway, that is my two cents worth.It does the job even if not perfectly in my installation. I recommend it and would buy again if needed.4Excellent mount even though hooks did not fit tv I'm happy I went with the adhesive option providedLove this mount. It looks really nice with your Roku in it. The price is a few dollars high, but it gives you many different mounting options and most importantly none of the connections are blocked! The only problem I had with it was that none of the hooks fit into the back of my new LG TV so I had to go with the adhesive option provided other than that this mount is stellar.5Easy install, fits well, no LOS issues with IRThis is a better solution for Ultras than simply slapping it on the back of the TV with a couple velcro strips. It's also easier to remove the Roku if you need to for some reason. As advertised the mount provides a little more airflow underneath and around the unit which doesn't run hot under normal loads but can get that way with 4k content.Because of this the fit is slightly loose but if hung in the correct upward orientation isn't a problem (and hopefully means there's some tolerance if Roku changes the dimensions of future Ultras slightly - also this will fit smaller Roku units, though obviously with an even looser fit).I don't have vents in the right place on my TV but agree with other reviewers that the hooks look a little flimsy. I used the included 3m adhesive which works great, just clean the area you are sticking it to with some 91% alcohol/etc. first. And it IS removable: Once :) You can clean the residue off easily but you'll need to get new double sided tape for the next time so make sure it's where you need it before you attach it.Installing it was very easy and at least in my room the IR instructions are correct - just make sure you have it within 6 inches of the top of the TV and there's nothing blocking it above and the IR signals will bounce down just fine. I have no problem using mine with my IR-only Harmony remote even though the Roku is completely hidden behind the TV. Obviously this doesn't matter if you use an RF Roku remote (or a Harmony hub which can connect to it via Wifi) but it's a nice option for universal IR integration. See pic for where I placed mine - IR signals hit it from everywhere in my bedroom.One last tip - the little white Roku light might reflect off your wall and provide a very slight glow above where it is installed. It's not that distracting, but if you want to mitigate that or are just OCD get a pack of these: LightDims Original Strength - Light Dimming LED covers / Light Dimming Sheets for Routers, Electronics and Appliances and more. Dims 50-80% of Light, in Retail Packaging. - the 80% ones won't block the light completely - so you can still check and see if it is on if needed - but will dim it enough to stop the reflective glow. I recommend a pack of those stickers anyway, if you have lots of little lights from the TV, soundbar, consoles, etc. you'll find yourself using them on everything; they are practically invisible and do a great job dimming bright leds.5Make sure it will work before you apply it with the adhesive sticker.....I had to use the adhesive sticker because the hooks they provided were so flimsy they bent and did not hold the bracket in place. So, I then stuck it on and put the Roku in, worked great, except that my Roku can't get the signal through my TV, I had to remove it from the bracket and place it back onto the counter. So, make sure it will work for you before you "stick" it on......it will not come back off.....so you cannot return it....money wasted because I didn't check first....3
