    Description

    • EP-15:Hydrophobia eyepiece fits the Canon 6D, 5D, 5D MII, and Rebel T3/1100D; CNC machined Delrin eyepiece with high density foam padding.
    • Replaces View finder hood, enabling waterproof protection for your camera when using Hydrophobia rain covers.
    • Remove the camera??s eyepiece by sliding it upward and off the viewfinder.
    • Align the groove on the EP-15 with the rails on the camera??s viewfinder.
    • Firmly slide the EP-15 down on the viewfinder rails until fully seated.

It takes a some pulling of the neoprene seal to get it around the eyepiece but once in place, it keeps the water out. Unfortunately the viewfinder eye sensor is so shaded by the depth of the plastic that the camera thinks an eye is against viewfinder. That can result in the camera not switching to the LCD monitor automatically, or at all. So, you may have to use the EVF to view things like the camera menus or to review pictures.4D90 Eyecup ReplacementI wanted a bit more space between my eye and the viewfinder glass, for comfort and added protection for when my camera bounces around my side...this did the trick. I know it was designed to mate the TT Hydrophobia cover to the body, but it works well as a stand-alone eyecup.
