I ve had zero issues with these. The package contained only the bulb and a single sheet of instructions - no extra clutter for easy set up!I am glad I found this and ended up buying it over the Phillips Hue. No, you can verbally command your smart assistant to do it for you. So I recently got an Alexa and my friend bought me a Smart bulb from a more expensive company. I wanted another one, but the price was a little too high; after searching, I found this one from Micmi. Price is on the cheaper side considering it does exactly what the more expensive one does.The set-up wasn't as easy as it's described in the instructions. After downloading the app, I wasn't able to use their normal set-up mode OR the AP mode. No matter how many times I tried, my device wouldn't pair. I looked up the bulb on YouTube and finally figured it out - don't just turn on/off the light the recommended number of times from the manual. Keep doing it (like up to ten times) until the bulb starts blinking on its own. After that, I had no problems with the rest of the set-up.I love how it doesn't require a hub to work. I have the light outside in the family room, and I can easily control it from Alexa or via the SmartLife app. It's super easy to use. I've now set up timers and use it for mood lighting. And it's super great that it's an LED light bulb. I will say though that the light's brightness is not as bright as my more expensive bulb, but it's able to light up the entire room, which is what I need it to do.Highly recommend if you're in the market to buy a smart LED light bulb! And I love colors and whatnot, so being able to change the lightbulb to pretty much any color on the spectrum - awesome.5Perfect lightingThe smart LED is perfect for any room in your home. I contacted their email support and explained this, and they just gave me the same instructions again with no other offer to help me fix or replace the defective bulb.
