    Crazy-good value This product may have the power to make you look and feel smart.I spent three days shopping for a case for my husband's Dell XPS-12 tablet for his birthday before settling on the Runetz. I budgeted up to $150 for the purchase, and started searching for carbon fiber, Kevlar, and sailcloth.. No zipper. Semi-rigid. I visited a lot of websites. I couldn't find anything suitable in this uncommon size. So I started over. I'd bypassed the Runetz "sleeve," because I wanted a "case," and I was certain I would have to pay a lot for it.Honestly, time ran out and I had to make a choice. I fully expected to return the Runetz, but I got lucky, instead. It is almost exactly what I was looking for and it was the least expensive option I considered. I thought it would be impossible to get it right at this price.His Dell fits in there perfectly. It is padded, but maintains the semi-rigid, low profile he likes, and the silent, invisible magnetic closure is quite awesome. If I'd had a customized case made for him, it would work exactly like this one and look like it, too, just a bit flashier. His trifecta is more form, function, and frugality, so he is blitzed.Don't be afraid of under-spending here. No one will ever know, and you will never forget (how much you saved)! 5Amazing and affordable Great case, no zipper to fuss with. I had initially purchased a more expensive magnetic laptop case and it wasn't even stitched together, it used glue. I was hesitant to buy this one because the low price seemed too good to be true, but it's not. Well built, rugged, fits my Yoga 900 perfectly, closes nice and tight. If you are looking for a magnetic sleeve, get this one. 5Very nice style offers good protection. Very convient to use as the opening is self-closing. It has stiff edges that offer much better protection than going naked. I had my macbook pro in my bag and it became nicked along the edges because I was careless. Now I am not so worried and I haven't incurred any new nicks even though I continue to treat the bag badly. Just be aware that top is not robust closure so don't rely on that to keep the laptop in the sleeve. In other words, if you insert it into your bag upside down (opening down) it won't afford the best protection from ground impact. 4Perfect, just wish they had another option with a different opening This is a really nice case, it's everything you expect. Seriously, get it if this is what you need. It works, it's pretty thin, and it has some soft fuzz on the inside that DOESN'T SHED.The only thing I wish was different is that since I'm a student, I use backpacks and prefer convenience.I like products that are quick and to the point so I can quickly take out my laptop for notes and such, so I chose this case because I wanted to avoid anything with zippers or a fancy button strap and all those things that require a few extra seconds to open. You can call me lazy too.Back to the backpack subject, the only thing I would wish for change would be having the opening of the case to be on its shorter sides instead of from the top. When I have it in my backpack, the case is technically on it's side. It would be nice for an opening ready for me to just slip out my laptop from the case from within my backpack, instead of having to take out the case with my laptop to access it because 95% of the time, I don't need my case when I'm using my laptop. I only needed the case for transportation.HOWEVER, if you use a messenger bag, that's perfect because the case would sit so that you CAN just take out your laptop. I personally don't use one because they hurt my shoulders. 43 years of use - best laptop sleeve i've ever owned I've been using this sleeve for 3 years now, on a daily basis, and it's been the only thing i'd trust for carrying my 13" macbook. The best feature though is how easily you can take your laptop in and out, no messing with zippers. You can just put the corner of your laptop in the middle of the opening and slide it in. If you turn the whole thing upside down (with the opening towards the ground), the structure of the sleeve actually keeps the laptop inside.After a few years of ownership the corners are a little ragged and some threading is coming off, but over it's in good shape (despite how rough I am with it). When it finally gives out, i'll definitely be buying another one. 5For anyone on the fence. I am a college student, and any other student would understand the worry you have when you put your laptop in your backpack with 3 heavy books and 2 or three binders. Especially having a MacBook Air, which although amazing is also fragile being so thin. I constantly worried about my MacBook getting damaged by the other heavy objects in my backpack, and I was on a mission to find a case/sleeve that would take that worry away. I just received this product today and I can already tell you my worries are gone. The case is EXACTLY as shown and described - very sturdy and durable. The magnetic top definitely keeps the laptop secured in place, even holding it upside down. The hard top and bottom will 100% protect the laptop from damage by bumps from my other books. Just holding the sleeve with the laptop inside, it just feels very protected. I was on the fence with buying this product, but I am extremely satisfied with it and certainly glad I purchased it. I definitely recommend for not only college students, but anyone looking for a durable, protective sleeve as well. 5Perfect for the Surface Book I bought this case for the Microsoft Surface Book, and it's the perfect fit! There's a bit of extra space on the sides when the Surface is in there, but that's great for when the pen is attached to the side. I love that it's hard since I can take out my laptop and use the case as a rigid surface for it. Also, the magnetic closure is something I was looking for since a lot of the time, zipper closures break after a year or two. This thing should last for a long time. I use it for storing in paddled laptop backpack and for every day handling. It s meant to be a sleeve so not so much as a impact protection but it does have corner protection (which is what I was looking for). It is well made and appears very strong (for it's size and weight). I do like it's over all styling and design. It doesn't look nice or cute, but I was going business and that is what I got. A low profile case that I could just throw in my backpack and know my laptop was protected (and it fulfills this purpose). It has built-in magnets to hold opening shut. So far it is the only item that works at this price point. I do not think you will find more for less. Overall I like it. Highly recommend. 5Great value for more protection. Fits my new Dell XPS 15 9570 perfectly. Seems to be well constructed. It's not so rigid that I'd call it "hard-side" but it's definitely stiffer than a neoprene type sleeve.Insertion and removal of my laptop from the sleeve is easy. The magnetic closures will hold my laptop in when the sleeve is inverted, but I'm not brave enough to give it a firm shake upside down.I sometimes carry two laptops (business and personal) in my RedOxx bag and this sleeve fits perfectly and does its job well. 5
