Nice, compact and snugNeeded a smaller/portable carry case for my Bushnell. This served it's purpose. Nice, compact and snug. Still need to be careful as it's a soft pouch. 5Decent cushioning but doesn't close adequatelyThe concept of neoprene cushioning seems good, but the shallow top flap and lack of any closing mechanism are drawbacks. Like the included nylon belt that shifts weight of the binoculars away from tired shoulders onto hips. 3Best binocular case for fast actionThis case (roof small size) fits my Leitz 10x40 BA binoculars perfectly as if it was designed for it. This case is lightweight while still providing excellent protection, and slips off quickly so I can grab the binoculars fast when something interesting happens. To top it off this case is Made in the USA. No need to look any further -- highly recommended! 5There is no way to mount this to a bag.It is just a pouch, probably good for carrying a spare set of binos in your hunting rig but nothing more than that. 1A Nice Product but with ShortcomingsI bought the Bino Pouch for my Nikon 10x42 Roof binoculars. The hope was to have a lighter case to transport and hike with. The medium size pouch is the correct size for the binoculars. However, I immediately discovered for me two serious issues that the web description fails to identify. Full disclosure in the description would have been helpful. Firstly, you cannot fully close the flap top with the binoc eyepiece cover attached. The binocular straps attach to the cover and will interfere with the pouch flap preventing it from fully closing. Secondly, the chest strap is a flawed design IMHO. Even though, it's not readily apparent, the slits on the pouch that the strap goes through are on the front of the pouch. Since they are just slits with no other binding around them, eventually they are doomed to tear because it doesn't appear that the design is robust enough to actually support the weight of the pouch with binocs in the long run. I am a huge fan of OP/TECH products. I use their straps exclusively for my binoculars and cameras. I have a number of snoot boots for lenses. They are all excellent. I was surprised and disappointed with this product. It took me all of 15 minutes to decide to return it. 3Best bang for buck binocular cover!Awesome binocular pouch for the price! Let me start off by saying this review will be from a hunting perspective. I sent OP/TECH an email inquiring about the sizing in relation to the Bushnell Trophy XLT 8x32mm. Frank, their marketing assistant, responded super fast giving the dimensions and explaining that it won't be a snug fit, but it should fit nicely (the small roof prism pouch dimensions are 5" 6" L x 4.5" 5" w). For reference, my binocular dimensions are 4.5in x 2.4in x 4.7in.My binos are just a little smaller and not a completely tight fit like Frank said. I think thats a good thing because when an animal that I am hunting comes out and I want to "unsheath" my binos, I don't want to be wrestling with the neoprene cover, making a lot of noise and movement. I use the included sternum strap to keep it fastened around my ribs and a binocular harness to give support for when I am actively using the binos. I'd like to recommend that you don't solely rely on the included strap or you may stretch out the material faster. The color is a perfect Realtree-like camo. The second photo with the guy facing the camera accurately shows the color that I received.I bought the Bushnell Deluxe Binocular Harness and in conjunction with this cover, I have quick access to my binoculars when I need them and protection from scratches, and other debris when I have them inside the cover. Both together, total of $32. I like simplicity and quality and I think this cover perfectly hit those marks.I am going to try it out tomorrow morning on a hunt and I'll provide updates if necessary and include a photo or two. 5Pouch is exactly what I wantedExactly what I wanted, got the biggest version, fits my old Simmons 7x50 binoculars "model #1105", but just barely. These are 7.5" wide at the big lens end when folded, and also 7.5" tall from front lenses to eyepieces. Hope that helps someone estimate if their binoculars would fit. Material is somewhat thin, but feels stiff enough that it should protect binoculars when carrying them in a bag or on you (short of them falling on concrete, I guess). I use the strap on binoculars themselves to carry them while inside this pouch. The pouch included some straps, but I see no obvious way to connect them to the pouch, so I don't use them. Would have been good to have a small external pocket on this pouch to store a microfiber cloth for wiping binocular lenses, cause right now I just throw it inside the pouch with binoculars. 5Snug and works well on my 8.5x42Snug fit on my 8.5x42 Swaros but neat, appear well made and does the job. There's no clasp or similar to secure the flap but I have found that it stays in place anyway. 5It a binocular case, man......so I really don't understand some of the less than favorable reviews. I LOVE Op/Tech products and have used them for YEARS. This pouch does just what it says it will do; holds your binoculars. FAR more useful and easy to carry and use than the bulky, clumsy cover that binoculars generally come with or individual eyepiece /lens covers. No, there aren't any closing snaps or Velcro; that's because it just grips snugly on the eye pieces, like it says. If yours is "loose", you bought the wrong size, Binky. Sorry. Other than that, it is as simple, durable and utilitarian as every Op/Tech product/strap/case/etc. that I've ever purchased. Another brilliant product from a company that isn't going out of business tomorrow. Worth every penny. 5Be sure BEFORE you buy, Not sold by US companyThe case didn't fit.
