Nowhere near 200 lumens!Build quality is ok, and yes it's tiny so convenient you can easily put it in your pocket and charge it with your micro usb. But it's nowhere near 200 lumens! This is FALSE ADVERTISING. I would say this is as bright as the Maglite Solitaire which is rated at 47 lumens. My Thrunite Ti3 is rated 120 lumens and it's much brighter. I should have paid $10 for a 100 lumen usb chargeable flashlight instead.1Good quality with minor quirks. The design of this light is very good. It's made of sturdy aluminum. Basically turns on and off with a twist of the front bezel. There's enough thread friction that it's unlikely to turn on accidentally, and there's enough thread that the bezel is unlikely to spin completely off accidentally.Charging requires spinning the bezel off. It uses a microUSB charger. But the run of the mill microusb cord would not work. You need to actually use the one that comes with the light....the metal part sticks out a fraction longer than average, but this is necessary to insert completely into the integrated charger. This is the reason I took one star off.Brightness is good. I have a 200 lm light, and I would say this is not even close. Probably around 100 lm realistically. It's plently bright for most uses.4Great light, but not for EDCThis light is now tucked into my go-bag. I thought it might replace the Streamlight Stylus Pro that's been EDC in my pocket for many years, but it won't. Here's why:PROS:* Lightweight and compact. but not as slim as I would like to slip in a pants pocket (as compared to the Stylus Pro)*The removable clip is sturdy and allows attachment to the bill of a baseball cap to serve as a headlamp*Rechargeable lithium battery and micro-USB port are a huge advantage*500 lumens in strobe mode are plenty bright to discourage and disorient an attacker*Comes in a neat little semi-hard shall zipper caseCons:*A bit fat for pocket carry*Takes practice to get the hang of changing modes*With the clip configured for cap attachment it leaves the lens upright and exposed for pocket carry*The rubber cover for the charging port came off the first time I tried to use it. Can't get it back in its holeOverall, a good value and highly recommended as a backup for purse or pack.UPDATEI purchased this light in March of 2018 and it is now January 2019. Sometime in 2019 I had more need for a handy flashlight in my home office than I did in my go-bag, so for about a year it's been attached to a metal component of my computer desk right at hand when I need to get down and sort through the tangle of cables behind my "desk"top computer that sits on the floor. Last fall I joined my local CERT and needed a light that I could carry in that role. This one met all the criteria - bright, dimmable, USB rechargeable, easily carried in my safety vest, clips on the bill of a baseball cap, magnetic base, easy to deploy but out of the way when not in use...everything but water-resistant, since the rubber cover for the USB port broke off. So here's the update: I just bought another one to use outdoors in unpleasant weather and demanding situations. This time I'll be more careful with the USB port cover. I'm still carrying my Streamlight for EDC. I'm not adding a star, but just wanted to reinforce how useful and practical this pocket light can be. Don't get hung up over lumens. In bright mode this light is plenty bright on a cold winter night patrolling a large crowd at a municipal Christmas tree lighting ceremony.4The one I will be carrying from now on.Well this is certainly the smallest lightest flashlight I've ever owned. It's far more powerful than it looks tho. It's now the one on my keyring and is going to stay there for a long time.Seems very well built and so convenient to charge too.I think this is the ideal setup for what I've wanted.Had a Solitaire mini mag for yrs till the battery leaked and utterly ruined it. Plus it was the older incandescent type bulb, great for it's time tho. So I wanted a more up to date LED light thats easily recharged and this fits it that perfectly. It has a titanium casing, powerful enough LED lamp and a lithium ion battery. Even comes with a usb cord to plug it in along with a nice case to hold it all in.You hardly even know it hooked to your keys as it weights almost nothing. Fit's my key-rings parts great as it's all titanium also. Got tired of lugging around all that extra weight just for keys.Funny tho now the brass keys themselves are the heaviest parts now.Used to have an all stainless steel setup, worked great for it's day tho. I've seen this same light different names on them and they want more for them. So I'd say tis is a bargain all the more for it. I'd say give it a try I think you'll like it too.5Great flashlight for starting IVs on tiny patients I love this flashlight. I am a NICU RN, I use this light to check IV sites when it s dark, and also to illuminate veins for IV starts. I ve had it for at least 2 months now and still have not had to charge it. Some people complained about it easily unscrewing. I don t find that to be the case. 5Useful alternative to my cellphone flashlightI needed a compact flashlight for keeping on my keys, since my phone is always dying & the flashlight app I have just drains my battery when it's on. It's easier to grab this light than to fumble with my phone in the dark. As far as quality, it feels sturdy, is very bright, and is about the length of my thumb. You twist it to turn off/on. I will probably get another for my hubby, since he was eyeing mine.5Highly impressed! There are three things I have in my pocket at all times. A Fisher space pen, a small Victorinox Swiss Army knife, and a pocket sized flashlight. This little light just replaced my Streamlight Microstream. This tiny thing puts out is just as good, it s a third of the size, and it s rechargeable. The o-rings seal tight so the end doesn t accidentally twist in my pocket and turn on. The only thing that would make this better is if the loose end pice would screw onto the tail while it s charging so there is less chance of it getting lost. Luckily it doesn t take long to charge, so I ve managed to keep up with it.5Bright lightsThis is a great, bright little flashlight with a ring to easily attach to a set of keys. To turn it on or off you simply twist so there are no buttons to accidentally push. The flashlight was delivered in a great little metal box very suitable for gifting. The only drawback to the light is that you have to remove the head in order to access the USB charging port. I'm worried that I'll eventually lose the light while charging the flashlight but overall it's a great value for the price.4Bright and cheap for the sizeI'm a bit of a flashaholic with small lights. I own more as a flashlights than I care to admit to. I recently discovered these ultra tiny 10180 powered lights. I have a McArmy in brass and love it. I ordered this one because of the price and the claims of titanium. It arrived in excellent condition in a wonderful small tin and includes a short micro USB cable. Very nice package. The light itself is bright. I'm not sure it's hitting 200 lumens but it is as bright as many 130 lumen lights I have. Love the compact design and the simple on off twist. Not too sure about the titanium claim but I knew that going into this. At this price it is more likely aluminum. 1 star off no directions to tell if the red charging light goes out when it is done charging or if it goes green when done (I'm guessing it just goes out but my McArmy goes from red to green) All in all this is a really cool little light that is way bright for its size and very handy to have attached to a keyring4Bright and small enough so it doesn't clog up your keychainI had a hard time finding the right micro-flashlight. Wanted it small enough to not get in the way but I didn't want to worry about odd-ball batteries. This flashlight is rechargeable (don't lose the USB cable!) so the battery question is solved. Duration? Don't care - I only use it for less than a minute at a time - I only have to recharge less than once a year.Bright. Very much considering it's small size. I doubt that it's actually 200 lumens but I don't care.Ease of use? Twist on, twist off. Easy and it's no trouble to do it in the dark. Some flashlights have buttons that are flush with the surface... and you can't find them when there's no light!Small enough. Bingo. I wanted it really small so it would fit on my keychain but not so big that it felt like I was carrying a flashlight that had some keys on it. This is smaller than my car key!5Nice form factor and usable amount of light, but has some issuesThe size is comparable to other mini key chain flashlights and the exterior finish is nice enough. The brightness is fine for the tasks you'd use a key chain light for, but I question the 200 lumen rating. The beam is a little tighter than I expected and the spot has a number of rings which a lot of cheaper lights suffer from. The reason for the 3 star rating:1. There was a lot of friction in the threads and the head was difficult to turn. Upon close inspection I found metal shavings and other debris in the threads from a not-so-great machining process. I cleaned the threads using a cotton swab which helped, but not to my satisfaction. I ended applying some silicone grease to the threads and o-ring which alleviated the dirty-threads feel. Even with the grease it requires 2 hands to operate so I doubt it will accidentally turn on in your pocket.2. The female USB charging port on my example is not centered in the opening (see attached photo). The cable will barely plug in and I worry about the longevity due to the extra strain from the angled plug when inserted. If price is not an issue I would recommend JETBeam mini Keychain Flashlight XP-G2 LED, 130 lm or Maratac Peanut LED - Rechargeable Lithium Ion Battery Keychain Flashlight - Made in USA as they are much better quality.3
