    Doesn t unlock - No reply from customer service!Edit: Lowered 2 star rating to 1 star because the company never replied to my email once. Unbelievable!I didn t rate it just one star because the lock looks nice and works partially. It was easy to install. The lock works when I lock it, but the code does not work to unlock it. Kind of an issue!I emailed the support email twice 2 weeks ago with no response. If I could just get a response I d increase the rating! But because the customer service is literally non-existent, I will likely just return the product for a refund rather than a replacement.1Good unit!I bought one of these locks for an office door. I purchased it 2-3 years ago. It has worked fine. I bought 2 more for home recently, and installation is fairly simple, and they work well.5Good Product, Great CompanyThis is a great product at a reasonable price. Actually, the unit I received from Amazon was flawed. After a failed install, I could identify the manufacturing error inside the tumbler. I decided to give MiKocks customer service a chance to resolve the issue before returning it. I filled out the simple online warranty form, and to my surprise, got a call back in minutes (literally). The tech was helpful and courteous. After a few questions, he trusted my diagnosis and sent out replacement parts by two-day post. The replacement works flawlessly.You re not just buying a good product here, but also a great company. Don t even hesitate!5As advertised. Good value Seems fine, adequate for the task. Did not work for my specific application and was returned but I no issues with the item itself. Well packaged and shipped promptly. Return handled seamlessly as usual, which is a big reason I buy through AMZ. 3It turns automatically lock. But sometime it won't lock ...It turns automatically lock. Installation is easy ,I had read a review that mentioned that it came with a SC1 keyway , mine came with a KW1 keyway - I was very disappointed , Called Milocks and was sent a SC1 cylinder in a few days - for free . Great customer service is important to me5Worst Product I have bought!When I Received my product, a wire was broke on the keypad. No big deal I thought, ill just have them replace it. Well, i got the second one and the door knob gets stuck a bit when you turn it. So my door does not close unless I mess with knob. On the top of that, I was given a deadline to return it and when i went to print the labels off before the date and I couldn't because they already closed the window to, so i was charged another $40. So now I lost $80 and have two broken door knobs.1Great lock. So convenient to not use keys Great lock. DONT BUY THIS JUNK!!!JUNK!! Was putting on back plate. I've installed over 12 touch pad locks, not this brand. The threads broke completely off!! I did not over torque either. DO NOT BUY THIS POOR QUALITY JUNK!!!!1Looked used and doesn t function properlyAfter I unboxed the lock, the panel had scratches and looked used (see pic)Anyhow being an urgent need I proceeded with installation and it was straight forward. However after setting up the number lock when I press the lock key nothing happens. It s only able to lock itself if I put the auto lock feature on, which is a pain because I wanted to lock the door when I wanted to, not automatically.Went through the instructions again yet there is no scenario given if this issue occurs. Instructions are quite basic and pretty useless.Called up their helpline number and the auto generated message instructs you to raise a warranty issue by going to the website. Looks like a very disinterested service model where they don t want to understand basic issues and provide a simple solution!!1easy to install and solid make better than the $100+ ones at Lowes and Home Depot 5Pay the extra for a name brand! Sorry to report, this product was a total waste of money. It worked most of the time for about three weeks, but I had to reset the code several times because it would loose it for no reason. Finally it just wouldn't accept a code and would not work at all. I contacted the company and they sent me a different mechanism, that one didn't work either. I asked for my money back but never heard a word back. I then bought a schlage brand and installed it, it has worked flawlessly since. I had to pay more, but well worth the peace of mind. 1Don't waste your time. Pick something elseI should be paid for the time I wasted on this defective lock. This is the most poorly engineered Taiwanese piece of junk I've ever encountered. If you get it to work, beware it may permanently lock you out. I've installed thousands of locks and this is just plain garbage. Amazon shouldn't carry this kind of rubbish.1
