    Perfect Brushed Gold - not yellow!It was difficult for me to find brushed gold tub kit without it looking too shiny/yellow gold. I ordered these because they were free returns and they were perfect! This is paired with the delta champagne bronze faucets.5Perfect Oil Rubbed Bronze finish. Excellent quality and finish. Installed quite easily. With the plastic sleeve it accomodates the wider drain pipe needs. Has a nice rubber ring included so one does not need plumbers putty. Really sturdy metal and not that cheap bendable or plastic stuff one finds in so much plumbing items these days.The Turning of the tub drain easily keeps the item open for showering, etc,.We are most happy with this item and recommend it. 5Installed in three minutesAfter my existing tub drain developed a crack due to corrosion, I needed a quick fix. I placed this order and received it the following day (one-day delivery!). My existing drain was already removed, but I still had to remove the existing caulk before installing this one. I wrapped thread tape on the drain, and I was glad to see that this came with a rubber gasket. Installed, tested, and it works exactly as needed. The drain cover is a simple twist and drop or twist and lift to either stop or drain the water.5Very Poor QualityVery poor quality. It has been in our new tub for a few days and I saw a spot on it. I went to rub the dirt off and it wasn t dirt....the finish was already coming off and more came off when I rubbed it. Are you kidding? We have used nothing on it and it has literally just sat there holding water. Do not buy.1Poor qualityI had this installed by a professional al plumber. In the shoe part there is a set screw and it came loose in two days making the whole top pop off. I fixed it, and then it got stuck and comes I threaded from the bottom. Then I realized that every time it is stopping up the drain so I can take a bath, the o-ring is sucked down into the drain which makes it so it won t hold water. I ve rescued it six times in the week I ve had it. Once that I-ring is lost my bathtub is useless. I ll have to pay a plumber to put a different brand on, it is a huge inconvenience and money waster :/1heads upI removed my old overflow 5 days before this one got here and threw it all out because it was all rusty and the mount screws were bad. The kit has an adaptor that allows it to fit narrower and wider drain pipes. Instructions are awful. It doesn't mention that the rubber gasket is supposed to fit under the tub between tub and drain pipe.5Read before you buy if you value customer reviews, like I do!I am returning. I saw nothing in the description about the following... There is no warranty on the special finishes. I ordered color oil rubbed bronze for the drain kit, shower head/pipe, faucet, and handle. All are being returned. There is warranty info that comes in the package, it states defective parts are covered of course, but NOT the SPECIAL finish. It goes on to say how to take care of my products; in a nutshell - everything that comes in contact with my hardware will ruin the special finish, with the EXCEPTION of soap and water. [IT] SAYS, I am to clean my bathtub fixtures with only soap and water! I guess that also means that I should make sure that anyone in the tub or shower doesn t use anything other than soaps and water.Btw- the note clearly states that I can NOT use Plumbers Putty or Silicone during installation, Ummm, I don t even have to elaborate. (but Yes! I need to put something around the seal of the handle and Faucet to protect seepage behind the tile!!Now let s address cleaning products! I usually use au-natural? baking soda, vinegar, essential oils. But soap and water alone will NOT do the trick on random gunk and mineral build up! Hey - I m not even talking about the good cleaning products that really work! These guys say heck no, your new fixtures will get ruined in no time if some cleaning product touches them. Then there are the must have essentials: scrubs, bath salts, hair products (dyes/bleach), etc..Maybe this product is purely for aesthetics only? Not for actual use?I guess I am not going to take the chance, if I pay for something nice, I want to enjoy it!On the bright side, I am glad to know know vs later.I hope this post helps someone else before they buy!1Black coming off drain.I emailed the manufacturer to discuss the black color coming off, as stated on what to do if you have a problem. I haven t heard back from them in over a week. Can t return without a plumber. I don t know what to do.1Junk! Finish wore off after 6 months, other brand tub parts still look new. The finish has completely discolered/worn off after 6 months. It's not what we use to clean the drain thats the issue as the other tub parts are price pfister and they still look brand new. We dont use bleach or harsh chemicals. A complete waste of money! 1Just what I needed. Good looks, right size, right price. 5Does not match Kingston Brass trim kitPurchased this with Kingston Brass spout and valve trim kit but the Oil Rubbed Bronze does not match the trim kit, although it does match the spout. Color is dark brown and not a real Oil Rubbed Bronze color. Depending on your tub design, this may stick up a bit if you use the gasket included with the kit. Even though I will not be using it every day, the actual center stopper feels cheap even though it seals.2Do Not Recommend Cheap quality. Starting pitting badly after less than a year. You get what you pay for. 1Gorgeous! Beautiful quality, looks so pretty installed. 5
