Customer Reviews

Ok product They work sometimes, they don't hold tight at a angle when it's very windy 4Will do what it says but could be better If you put this in and forget about it, it's ok. If you want to move the camera around it is a pain. It's best to drill a hole to make installing easier. Theres not enough to hang on to to push and twist it in with out having a hole, at least not as easily as I would like. Once it's on a tree, adjusting the view is difficult. You can move the camera toward the ground or the sky okay but trying to adjust to the left or right is a hassle- you turn the whole thing 90 degrees but then you get your preference left/right made and lose your ability to adjust up/down. I got it because it was cheap, and think I'd try a more expensive one next time. 3Excellent camera holder! Will be buying several more. The HME Products Economy Trail Camera Holders are excellent. We have a large number of wildlife and security cameras throughout our property. The HME Economy trail camera holders are perfect for mounting cameras to trees, stumps, buildings, etc. They are easy to install and fit all of the varieties and models of the cameras that we own.We will definitely be buying more of them. They have made securing our cameras to a location source so much easier. 5Using my portable drill and a 3/16 drill bit, this was easy to install and remove it to relocate it. Using my portable drill and a 3/16 drill bit, this was easy to install and remove it to relocate it.You are basically guessing about where and how to install this holder. You don't really know if it will work until you take some pictures. We had planned to put in some 4 inch round and green painted fence posts. Too much in the sun and either too high or too low. Finally, I put it in a tree with shade and a good view of the field. I had to lower it twice, and again that was no problem.Giving it four stars as I don't know how it will hold up. If it holds up through a California winter and spring rain season. If the camera isn't on the mount, I remove the washers and screw and put them in a plastic bag and store them inside. 4Excellant I've used this half a dozen times so far, but realized early on that it was very handy. A pre-drill is NOT needed as some have said. Once you've got it in a little bit it will finally bite and screw in very tight. Plenty of adjustment for angles and position. I also like how much smaller it is than I assumed from the picture. Whenever I get another camera I will certainly add this as well.Highly recommended! 5Good solid product except rust after 1-week Good product but it rusted within 1-week on coastal property (salt air from ocean). Should have stainless steel screws/components to withstand weather. Probably fine if you are using this in-land away from ocean. 5Good Product If you belt a game camera to a tree especially a crooked one, it is harder to point the camera in the right direction. These screw into the tree and can be pointed up or down or side to side as you wish. They are also inexpensive which is also a good thing, but they work well. 5best economy mount i have found i have a number of cameras and use different kinds of mounts. Winter sun causes a need to adjust the cameras. I have a couple mounts without the ability to adjust the position like these offer which is ok, but these are very convenient. You can adjust to many angles, with the turn of a screw. The metal is not as heavy as some i have but it is good enough, and much cheaper and easier to use. Highly recommend. 5This works wonderfully for mounting a trail cam to a tree or ... This works wonderfully for mounting a trail cam to a tree or a post. You can adjust the camera angle easily, and it securely mounts the cam. One caveat.... you will need to pre drill a pilot hole to get it threaded in the tree, so take your cordless drill along 5I use this with my gopro I use this with my gopro in the tree stand when I hunt. It works great and is easily adjustable. 5
