    You get what you pay forI know -- "why pay so much?" Well, I've gone through so many of the cheaper showerheads. They keep breaking. The worst is when they crack at the base because the entire base -- where you hang the showerhead -- is actually hollow plastic, so that cracks and water sprays out!This one is still a plastic showerhead but usually that's not what causes problems anyway. The big difference is the solid metal piece that attaches to your pipe and is where you attach the hose and hang the showerhead. That's what you're paying for. There's no chance this thing can crack and break like all those cheaper ones I've gone through.And the head itself is nice enough. I wish it had a better "mist" setting but I do like the "pause" feature. I especially like the way you can set it to be "halfway paused" and get an even lighter water flow rate (that's nice when SOMEONE has been using all the hot water and you know you need to stretch what's left).Hose seems solid, no trouble at all with the connections, no leaks. Works great; hopefully it will prove worth the extra expense in the long haul.5Cheap Plastic Mount to Water SupplyFor the price I find this product to be of poor quality with a plastic, not very functional mount for the water supply. The mount is all one piece. The female threaded portion of mount is fixed to the entire mounting apparatus. It will not turn on it's own when tightening to the water supply tube. Over-tightening will surely cause the cheap plastic to crack and in my case it is not possible to tighten the mount so the shower head will mount in a fixed up right position. The mount does not allow the shower head to pivot up or down when it is in the holder. I just ordered a brass, universal mount to correct the mentioned deficiencies. I personally think DELTA is jeopardizing their reputation offering this, made in China, poor quality junk2Works great.I thought the kinetic would be a gimmick, but it is the most realistic rainy experience. The droplets seem to land randomly which really fills in an area. Head is bigger than i expected, much larger than an older typical wand head, but works well.5OK, household is divided in preference to this or SpeakmanIt's fine, I do like the built-in trickle mode. My partner loves the "large water drop mode" of this Delta. The Delta does feel solid and well built. However, I had previously bought a Speakman and after using both I find I prefer both the looks and the basic spray pattern of the Speakman.4NiceWorks well .I'm glad it stretches a little . I give my dog a shower and my old one couldn't reach to rinse her belly and this one does reach . So were both happy .4Good shower headGood shower head, but still made out of mostly plastic, and made in China. I chose Delta thinking, hey, it s 2 or 3 times the price of others, but it seems to be a good US brand, so it is probably made in the US, right? Well, no, it s just that they pocket all that money and still sell you exactly the same kind of shower head as all the others sold on Amazon.3I love the soft wide spray that comes out on the ...Expensive but worth it.I love the soft wide spray that comes out on the H20 Kinetic setting.It feels like much more than a 1.75gpm flow.5H2Okinetic is the BEST | Second purchase!Ok...so people need to stop taking the water restrictors out of their shower heads. They are there to help us conserve potable water. As for the complaints that the shower head doesn't feel powerful enough with the restrictor in, I would counter by saying the H2Okinetic setting (the last one on the device) is hands down the best water restricted shower head setting out there. The head limits the amount of water that comes out, but it sprays in a pattern that makes it "feel" like the water isn't being restricted. I almost never use the other settings and would have bought a shower head with just H2Okinetic nozzles if they sold one.In fact, this is the second Delta H2Okinetic shower head I've purchased. The first one didn't have a hose and now that I have a baby that needs spraying down periodically, the hose is perfect.Long story short, yes, this releases less water than my old non-restricted fire hydrant level of water shower head, but as a family WE NO LONGER RUN OUT OF HOT WATER!5Installation was easy enough and the shower head head has some decent ...Installation was easy enough and the shower head head has some decent settings. My particular issue is with the build quality, not only is the head made of plastic (excusable maybe to save weight for something you will handle), but the fixtures as well. This has lead to having repeated leaks despite the fact that we almost never actually remove or disturb the shower head from its holder.3Excellent Replaced a more expensive Kohler unit with this, much better device. Higher pressures and works great. 5Pause feature doesn t work well.It leaked after 1 month & the pause feature stopped working.2
