    Works like it should. Worked as expected for hooking up a TV monitor to a security system as a second monitor to be seen by employees at a retail location. Picture comes in nice and clear. 5The cable itself had nothing wrong with it but the ... The cable itself had nothing wrong with it but the BNC connectors that came moulded to both ends of the cable made loose connections that i had to replace with other connectors. This product cost me more than I had originally wanted to spend with the added cost of new BNC connectors and the tools needed to attach them. 1It's a cable. Seriously though, my hd-sdi link can't stay locked on due to the weakness of this cheap cable.I thought 'cable is cable so why not buy a cheap one' WRONG.Spend more, get something shielded. Don't be sad like me. 1Look elsewhere It worked fine for about two months before it became finicky, a slight touch could cause the signal to vanish. After messing with it I could usually get back again, however, as time went on it became harder. Sometimes it would randomly come back after a week or so. A year and a half later, if I can get the signal to appear, it will flicker for thirty seconds before being lost again. Perhaps I simply had a bad cable, but given the other cables available, I would look elsewhere.Note that I confirmed neither the screen or camera is the issue. Also, I live in Southwest Florida, maybe the humidity had something to do with it. 2No shielding = no working. Piece of crap. Maybe it's my fault for buying a cheap cable but who knew something could be made so poorly it can't pass video well enough to use.Buy something better now, cause if you get this one you'll be buying the good one later anyway. 1Worked great.
