A great little remote that is fast and responsiveI bought this to use with my android box. Anyone who uses an android box knows that you pretty much need a new some type of cordles mouse/keyboard combo. I have been using a different style of remote that acts like a mouse "pointer" with the main navigation buttons on one side and keyboard on the other side. so that's my comparison here. I now prefer this style after using this remote. I have zero complaints with the CHONCHOW. The buttons are very responsive, the trackpad is a perfect level of sensitivity, and the backlighting is very bright. All of these are much better than the 3 versions of the pointer style remotes I've used previously. The remote is a good size as well. It fits nicely in my hands and, even though it requires 2 hands to hold for typing, it can be easily held in one hand for basic functions like using the direction arrows. It is thin and light too. I've not had any trouble with the spacing of the letters either. Another plus over the other style remotes is that this comes with a rechargeable battery pack (I was replacing batteries in my previous remotes every few weeks!). There's also a switch to turn this remote off. Finally, for those who are not too techy, it's is completely "plug and play". The only real negative is that there's no real useful documentation on some of the less obvious features. But a quick web search told me to use FN and F8 to toggle the mouse trackpad on/off, FN and "sun" image to toggle the backlighting (which you should know only has 3 color setting although the last one cycles through different colors), and to use the "C" button brings up the menu in Kodi to add/remove things from favorites etc. I would definitely recommend this remote to anyone - especially considering it was cheaper than the other options at the time of purchase for me.5Insane Deal For A Keyboard, Trackpad, AND Mouse4.5 stars if I could, but I'll round up since my use case is probably 0.01% of users.The bundle gives you every mechanical peripheral you need for your PC at a very cheap price. The RGB is very bright and illuminates the keyboard very well. This is probably the best bundle as an intro to the RGB world because it won't cost you an arm and a leg. I have this combo setup in the common room PC to make it a bit more fun (kids and I love RGB). It's great because it doesn't cost a lot, so when the kids eventually spill something I won't be out that much.The keys itself are very responsive and have a mechanical feel with one exception - the spacebar. While your typing speed and general gaming reactions will increase with this keyboard if you came from a membrane, spacebar-intensive games may not be optimized (reason for 4.5 stars). I play at the top 1% level in most games which unfortunately require spacebar to be utilize frequently. All the other keys are fine, but the spacebar isn't as mechanically responsive. So unless you are playing at the 1% level of a game and require spacebar to be used with 0.1s reaction time every few seconds, I 100% recommend this keyboard.The mouse has a few DPI settings, so if you want it faster or slower there's a few modes you can choose from: 800/1600/2400/3200 DPI. The RGB lightning on the mouse is pretty cool too, complements the keyboard nicely. The mousepad works just as you would expect - no issues.5Colorful keyboardAwesome keyboard it lids out during night! I used for gaming purposes. A cheap couple of rubber pads would have prevented that from being an issue. I actually like everything else about the keyboard. The paint is pretty thin, and I can definitely see the letters rubbing off quickly. After a week, it's been a non-issue so far, and it's a great value at this price point regardless.As for the mouse, it worked fine, but absolutely could not compete against my Razer Death Adder, so I gave it to my girlfriend. She absolutely loves the mouse, so I will add that deducted star back on.Overall, for a budget set, this really exceeded my expectations, and I have fixed the sliding around issue by installing my own rubber pads.5Really neat looking and works great.I like how all the keys light up and the extra buttons on the mouse are really useful. It is just as comfortable for typing as it is for playing games. He is absolutely thrilled with it. The colors on the keyboard CAN change, and can also be set to stay on rainbow color without the changing. He says it "feels really cool" when he types on it. The mouse that came with it has colors that fade in and out just like the keyboard. He was also really happy that the mouse pad was a pretty big size.5Excellent keyboard and mouseExcellent keyboard and mouse. Good quality and keys feel good.
