Customer Reviews

Simple & Low ProfileWhile it absolutely reeked of "chemical smell" fresh out of the packaging, this strap just plain works. I was looking for something discreet (no logos), and lightweight, so it fit the bill. While not as luxurious feeling or looking as a leather strap, this strap is nice and light, and the neoprene part adds a bit of extra comfort. I do wish it looked a little nicer honestly, but for the price I'm not complaining!4Comfortable and simpleI'm not a professional, but it's comfortable enough to use with an old, heavy film camera and walk around for the afternoon. The attachment points seem sturdy and I wouldn't be afraid of losing my camera to a fall. Personally, I prefer neoprene over cotton for this sort of thing, but it does get a little sweaty.5Ease of useThe previous system that I had used had four connecting points and they were hard to manage. They were either coming disconnected or were getting tangled up when I was placing the ST 16 back into my backpack. With my new choice I am very happy and have had no problems what so ever,5Solid Strap But Comes Without All PiecesThis is a solid strap and comes unassembled. You must attach the strap to the loops that attach to the camera along with the clips that secure it to the strap. The instructions are somewhat clear, but not all parts are always included in the package. We ordered two and one came with all parts and this one did not. The seller states to email them if you're missing parts and they will send them to you for free but that fundamentally indicates the product is faulty and the seller is trying to make it right (which is appreciated). If you want a strap that will work for you without having to request missing parts, this strap is not for you.1Good Quality, Long But Easily Shortened, Now Need New CaseI have the Black-3. This is a very well designed kit that includes accessories which enable it to be used with cameras to which the strap connects in various ways. I bought it for the Lumix ZS50/70 but it can be used with a wide variety of cameras. The strap is long which enables it to be used by persons that are quite tall, and is designed to be adjusted for use by shorter persons. Also you can adjust the strap so the camera hangs down to your knees or up on your chest, where I prefer it. But since I am now only about 5'6" to get the camera where I want it meant shortening the strap to the maximumSo if you are 5'2", for example, and don't want the camera hanging at belt lever or below, this is probably not the strap for you. Also keep in mind you may need to get a new camera case when strap is attached like I did. I had not anticipated this because I did not realize how much space in the case would be needed for the strap. If you are buying the strap for a DSLR there is probably sufficient space for the strap, but if for a compact camera, probably not. It s a pretty substantial strap.I am quite pleased with the strap. The material is good quality, the assembly/sewing is good, the selection of accessories is well chosen. For the price, i have all that I need and no reason for me to pay more. This is one of the better value purchases that I have made for my cameras.Even though I had to replace the camera case I would buy the strap again because it works much better for me than the very basic wrist strap I was using previously.5Ding Ding Ding!!! We Have A Winner!!!This is an extremely strong ONE-PIECE construction with a neoprene wraparound. It has no problem holding my Canon 6D paired with the 24-105mm f/4L. It will, no doubt, be able to handle an even heavier setup like a Canon 5D IV with a 70-200mm f/2.8L IS.I also strength tested this by tugging on the strap as hard as I could. Nothing. This held up like a champ. The neoprene padding is very comfortable. I like the thinner and hence less conspicuous style strap.I like this so much, I think I'm going to order two more, one each for my Canon and Sony crop bodies.5Great product, great price!I wanted a fairly narrow, lightweight neckstrap for my Sony RX-100, which is a P&S camera. This strap is perfect, and I think it would work well on a bridge camera like my Canon SX40 or on my small-size binoculars. For a DSLR or full-sized binoculars, I recommended buying a heavier strap. And as other reviewers have said, included is all the equipment you need in order for the strap to attach to probably any camera or binoculars. If you choose the metal rings, don't overlook the felt protectors that are way down inside the little envelope.5do not purchaseThis product comes in pieces that you have to put together yourself, what a nightmare! This would rate higher if everything came assembled and the instructions made sense, except for some very confusing drawings there is no way to make the strap function. I wish the seller would try assembling the products they sell!1Great for Canon G7X Mark III really like this neck strap. I m using it with my Canon G7X Mark II. It s adjustable and has different end pieces so it will work with several different camera models. I almost paid $30 for one on the Canon website so I m happy I found this one. My only wish is that if there is an improved version, the fabric that touches your neck should be softer. The neoprene is a bit itchy if you are sweating while taking photos. It isn t a deal breaker but it would be nice.5slipsIt doesn't have a non-slip surface, so it doesn't stay where you want it to stay. It's thin, and doesn't have much cushioning, so it doesn't feel very comfortable. It was too long, so I cut it...duh...I should have returned it, but too late! At least it was cheap!1
