Customer Reviews

Acceptable, but not the Case Logic quality I'm used to. This is a pretty mediocre product compared to other Case Logic binders I've owned in the past. I've always been very impressed with my other CL binders, but this one seems flimsy and cheaply made by comparison. The cover and spine are very soft (it's more of a bag than a "case" or "binder," really), and the case won't stay open or lie flat. The design for the cloth around the zipper seems particularly cheap. On the positive side, the case is well-padded, and the actual CD sleeve pages are quite nice. The case is also lighter weight than the sturdier CL cases I've purchased in the past. It probably is perfectly functional and durable. It just looks and feels much lower quality than what I'm used to.I bought this case to replace an older CL case which had remained in excellent condition throughout nearly 20 years of use (the old case only got damaged when it was left lying open for several days in direct sunlight, in summer, which melted some of the vinyl sheets). I'm sure this case would do the job of storing my CDs and protecting them just fine, but I'll probably end up returning it and buying a higher-quality case. Considering the price, it's not bad, but I was expecting more from CL, based on my experiences with their products in the past. 3One of the nicer Case Logic cases in this capacity This is one of the nicer Case Logic cases. Front and back cover thickness feels better to me than other CL cases I have looked at. In my opinion it will offer better protection than the others because of the thickness. No carry strap or handle included or attached, just a small webbed loop. I have been purchasing a Memorex case at a local mass merchandiser that I still like better. It has a very thick cover front and back, a loop strap to carry it with, and a velcro strap across the middle that gives some extra protection while carrying. The Memorex case is several dollars more than I paid for this Case Logic case. 4 stars because no carry strap. 4Holds lots of DVD's, great for the price A great case for the price. I just wanted to get rid of all the bulky DVD cases and this did a great job at condensing just the discs. You can fit a lot in here, but even more if you put 2 DVD's in one slot. I do that a lot with movie and special feature DVD's as well as movies that are older and on 2 discs. Lots of room for extra DVD's if you don't mind doubling up. Zipper zips easily and i anticipate that the case will not rip or tear any time soon. Great value! 5A really great option for anyone needing to upgrade their storage This case worked very well for me. I've been finding myself having to constantly upgrade the size of the case I keep my DVDs in (at college I keep all my movies and video games in cases like these) but as of right now this case is just right for me. The format of it is pretty standard (2 discs aligned vertically per page) but one interesting thing is that eight of its slots are stacked into the lining of the case itself at the front. These slots still work really well though, and since there are eight slots I decided this is where I would keep the Harry Potter DVDs.The case doesn't get too bulked up when it has all of its slots filled, and I feel that my DVDs are safe inside of it. For as long as I have had it so far, it seems to be quite sturdy. The price is also great, in my opinion, being that I've purchased cases that hold about 20 or so and cost more than half of this price, so I highly recommend this case to anyone like me who has wasted time purchasing more and more of the smaller cases. 5Durable and great price. Between our kids and ourselves, we have a lot of extra CD's. We needed an extra case and had looked around a few stores to try to find one. What we saw was just junk, or ones that only held a few CD's in it. That wasn't going to do us any good.So when we got home, my husband looked them up on Amazon and he saw this one. It was perfect. It held a descent amount of discs and it was nice and compact. When we got it, we were just as pleased with it. The plastic sleeves weren't cheap and the material was really good quality also. The zipper wasn't cheap where you might be afraid of it just busting on you. I read in some other reviews that they dogged it out because the color wasn't what the picture showed. Honestly, we just wanted a case for our discs and we liked the style (compact). It worked for what we wanted it for. We have had it almost a year now and it still is great quality. 5Great Design, Little protection I bought this case logic sport case based on previous CL cases I have have owned. This case is very thin with little padding on the outside. The spine doesn't provide the book/binder support needed for a 100+ disc holder. Most of the support comes from filling this case up to the point it becomes a dense "brick". Any usage beyond set and forget will wear this case (100+ capacity) . It is light which is great but I wouldn't buy the large capacity version or fill this with a full library. This is better suited as a grab and go purse/bag accessory. CL offers better products. 3Not quite 72 CDs It's a CD wallet, what is there to say? It's nice and sturdy, and lives up to the Case Logic reputation so far. I only gave it 4 stars though because it is actually a 64 slot case. There are 8 slots on the inside of the cover when you open it, but there are only 64 slots in the actual pages. I dislike this because I have to pull those 8 DVDs out to see what they are, instead of them being in the see through page slots. 4Really nice, durable case! Update: Months later, I've had this for over a year, I'm not even sure how long and it is still in absolutely perfect condition. I use it for all my kids' dvds and I even rent a bunch from the library for road trips or whatever and put all of the library and Redbox DVD discs in to save space and I store all of the cases inside my house so none of them get lost and I know which ones to look for. So from my DVD's to borrowed and rented DVD's, this case has been the best. Thanks little buddy. =DOriginal post:I've had this case in the middle of my console for months where it gets pushed around a lot. It has held up perfectly. It's probably one of my favorite cd/dvd cases I've ever owned. And of course the pink is super cute! 5Good disc case, I've had no problems. I've had this case for a year now. I keep it in my car so that I can travel with all of my CDs. The car interior has seen temperatures above 130 degrees Fahrenheit in the summer heat with the windows closed, the case remains without a problem. The zipper is nice, it's easy enough to slide the disc out of their respective slots but I've never had a CD fall out accidentally. The fabric has a nice feel to it, and overall it feels well made. Hopefully it last for years to come. I paid $9.62 for the 72 capacity and at that price I'm satisfied. 5This is a great case! It s not too big or too small ... This is a great case! It s not too big or too small it s a goldilocks case.- Seriously, it carries enough CDs to make it worth archiving your data, or filling up with old music CDs. It fits easily in your hand, unlike the monster cases I find at Best Buy.- It even has some pockets on the front that allow for more CDs though, that spot can get bulky and I ve not used those slots much.- Even when full, the pages are easy to turn- The zipper makes everything quite neat and keeps anything loose from falling out.- It is sized just right to allow it to fit on a book shelf without any problem.- The picture shows a brown case, however the ones I received were black with light gray accents. I don t really care about the color as it gets filled with old CDs and stuck on a shelf. If it matters for you, then I would contact the seller first. 5
