It can handle 200W RMS while providing selection of up to four pairs of speakers from one location. Each zone may be selected individually, simultaneously or in any combination. It provides a perfect solution to the need for high quality distributed audio in residential audio or commercial sound applications. Internal switching uses a combination of series and parallel wiring, ensuring that the connected amplifier sees a minimum of a 4 ohm load when up to four pairs of 8 ohm speakers are connected. This means that any conventional amplifier or stereo receiver can drive multiple sets of speakers, without the need for external impedance matching devices.
