To my surprise SoundGreat Store contacted me and offered to send me a replacement headset free of charge. When the replacement arrived I was surprised again to find they had sent me not one, but two replacement headsets. Since I like the switch on these headsets better than the push and hold to mute on the other new headset I purchased (before SoundGreat had a chance to contact me), that one is going into storage to have as backup for when the two I just received inevitably wear out as all corded headsets do eventually. I will try to remember to update my review again when that happens to reflect how long the replacement headsets lasted.5
